Who We Are

Hi my name is Rae. I’m the owner and operator of Pitzer Properties. After working in health education and raising my children, I found myself an empty nester and ready to start something new. I decided to take our side hustle of investing in real estate to another level and go from not only having long term rentals but to short and midterm stays as well. In a short 2 years we added 10 short term rentals to our portfolio and we have created a business of hosting that we absolutely love!
